We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- The product is defective or damaged on arrival
- You received a wrong product (wrong size, color, design, or item)
- There is a major size mismatch compared to the size chart
To be eligible, you must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Products with tags, labels, or original packaging removed
- Items purchased under sale, clearance, or special discount offers
- Customized, altered, or logo-printed items (for corporate/bulk orders)
If any stain, perfume, or damage is found that appears to be caused by the customer, the return will be rejected.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Share the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
In case of damaged, defective, or wrong products, please send clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging.
After reviewing your request, we will:
- Arrange a pickup, or
- Share the return address if you need to ship it back yourself
Please do not send any product back without our confirmation. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
4. Condition of Returned Products
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Be in the same condition as delivered
If the product fails our quality check, the return/refund will not be processed.
5. Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and your return is approved, we will process your refund.
Refunds may be issued as:
- Store credit / wallet balance, or
- Back to the original payment method (UPI/card/bank etc.)
Refund processing time is usually 5–7 working days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product:
- You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product, or
- A different product of the same value (subject to stock availability)
Exchange requests must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in original condition with all tags intact.
7. Shipping Charges for Returns
- If the return is due to our mistake
(wrong product sent / damaged product / major defect),
then we will bear the return shipping and re-shipping charges. - If the return is due to reasons like
size issue, change of mind, dislike of color or style,
then return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
8. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may place a return request after delivery as per this policy.
